Alpha-CD is a one dose C & D toxoid for all types of cattle. Aids in the reduction of enterotoxemia caused by Clostridium perfringens Types C & D toxins. Unique DD-2 adjuvant maximizes immune response while stimulating a high degree and long duration of protection. A single dose provides protective levels of immunity. Give 2 ml SQ. Calves vaccinated at less than 3 months of age should be revaccinated at weaning or 4-6 months of age. Annual booster is recommended. Transient swelling at the injection site may occur.

DOSAGE/ADMINISTRATION: Inject a single 2 mL dose SQ. A 2 mL booster dose is recommended annually. Calves vaccinated under 3 months of age should be revaccinated at weaning or at 4 to 6 months of age. Store out of direct sunlight at 35-46°F (2-8°C). Do not freeze. Do not mix with other products. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 60 days before slaughter.
