Merck Animal Health VISION 8 with Spur is for use in healthy cattle and sheep as a bovine vaccine that aids in preventing disease caused by Blackleg, Malignant edema, Sord, Red Water, Black disease, and Enterotoxemia. This vaccine for cattle is powered by SPUR adjuvant to ensure a uniform solution that stays in suspension. Among the best vaccines for cattle, this vaccination causes few injection-site reactions.

Antibodies: clostridium septicum clostridium perfringens type D clostridium novyi clostridium chauvoei clostridium sordellii clostridium haemolyticum clostridium perfringens type C Merck.

Indications
For use in healthy cattle as an aid in preventing disease caused by Clostridium chauvoei (Blackleg), septicum (Malignant edema), haemolyticum (Bacillary hemoglobinuria/Red Water), novyi (Black disease), sordellii, perfringens Types C & D (Enterotoxemia) and Haemophilus somnus.

DOSE: Cattle – 2 mL. Inject subcutaneously. Repeat in 3 to 4 weeks. In animals subject to reexposure to C. haemolyticum revaccinate every 5 to 6 months. Shake well before use. Store at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.
