For use in healthy cattle, ReproSTAR’s antigens aid in preventing the most common strains of leptospirosis found in North America. Containing the Xtend SP adjuvant, it also provides long-term stimulation of the immune system. Much lower cost when compared to similar products. Dairy cattle should be vaccinated at dry off.

Aids in the prevention of disease caused by Leptospira canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. pomona and L. hardjo bovis.

The antigen for the hardjo bovis strain was isolated from a herd within the United States whereas other vaccines derived their antigen from a strain in Australia making ReproSTAR’s antigen closest to the hardjo bovis most likely to infect a herd in the U.S.

Supporting Information: Contains serovars of Leptospira canicola, grippotyphosa, icterohaemorrhagiae, pomona and hardjo bovis with the adjuvant Xtend SP. Also contains thimerosal as a preservative.

Contains antigens for the five most common strains of leptospirosis including the one most often found in the United States- hardjo bovis. Herds infected with leptospira have problems with late term abortion, early embryonic death, reduced conception rates and can pass infection on to calves. Infected cattle and calves can cause persistent infection in herds that are not vaccinated.

For use in healthy cattle as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by five strains of lepto, including L Hardjo-Bovis, the most common cause of bovine leptospirosis in U.S. cattle. Can be used in all cattle, including pregnant cows and replacement heifers.

Dosage: 2 mL subcutaneously, in the neck. In accordance with Beef Quality Assurance guidlines. Repeat in 4-6 weeks. Revaccinate annually or as recommended by your veterinarian.

Precautions: Store out of direct sunlight, Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 60 days prior to slaughter.
