One Shot BVD protects against bovine virus diarrhea (BVD) Types 1 and 2 and Pasteurella (bovine pneumonia, respiratory infection, shipping fever) caused by Mannheimia haemolytica type A1 in cattle. Give 1 mL SQ. May be administered to pregnant cows, or calves nursing pregnant cows, provided cows were vaccinated according to label directions with any Bovi-Shield GOLD FP or PregGuard GOLD FP vaccine within the past 12 months. Heifers must receive at least 2 doses of any Bovi-Shield GOLD FP or PregGuard GOLD FP product, with the second dose administered approximately 30 days pre-breeding. Calves vaccinated before 6 months of age should be revaccinated after 6 months of age or at weaning. Booster is recommended annually or whenever subsequent stress or exposure is likely. One Shot BVD is a modified live vaccine and requires mixing.

Shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle 3 months of age or older against respiratory disease and abortion due to infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR), respiratory disease and fetal infection, including persistently infected calves due to bovine virus diarrhea virus (BVD) Types 1 and 2, bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV), parainfluenza3 virus (PI3), Mannheimia Haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida. Respiratory duration of immunity has been shown to be at least 1 year for IBR and BVD (Types 1 and 2) and at least 16 weeks for Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida. Reproductive duration of immunity has been shown to be at least 217 days for IBR and at least 206 days for BVD (Types 1 and 2). Duration of immunity for BRSV and PI3 has not been established.Respiratory and reproductive efficacy and duration of immunity has been demonstrated against disease caused by the BVD Type 1b strain.
